Returns

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.Once we have received the returned goods (or proof of return), we will refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

Partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned damaged (not due to our error) or not in its original condition.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you may send an email to c@min-studio.com within 14 days of delivery. After notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days after delivery.

After the statutory 14-day period, returns are only eligible for a refund of the purchase amount. Original shipping costs are not refunded under the voluntary return policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Sale items and gift cards are excluded from the voluntary 30-day return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. As all items are unique, identical replacements cannot be guaranteed. If available, we will offer a suitable alternative.

Legal Warranty

Under EU and Dutch law, products must conform to the agreement. If your item is defective or does not meet reasonable expectations, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with statutory consumer rights. This legal warranty applies independently of the voluntary return policy.
