graphic & website design

At MIN-studio, every design begins with understanding who you are and what you want to communicate. We translate this into a visual identity – logos, colors, typography, layouts, and other visual elements – the building blocks for all your communication tools, from print materials to websites.

We design and build websites in WordPress with a user-friendly theme layer. This approach ensures each site reflects the client’s individual style and atmosphere while making it easy for you to manage content yourself. You retain full control after launch – no long-term maintenance contracts. Our focus is on clarity, usability, and a minimalist design that reflects your identity and professional goals.

We also design and optimize email newsletters and other digital communications. Every element – from print to digital – is made to reflect your style, connect with your audience, and keep your brand consistent across all channels.

atelier aida

Atelier Aida offers sewing lessons and courses. There is also an in-house design collection of easy to make clothing items that students can sew.

We developed a minimalistic visual identity for Atelier Aida, including logo, typography, and photography style. The design reflects the simplicity and elegance of their clothing collection, with a minimal light colour palette. This identity was seamlessly extended to a WordPress website with a clean layout and a focus on fashion photography (also photographed by min-studio), creating a cohesive brand experience online and offline.

de overgangscoach

Menopause coach Monique Caris offers coaching to women during the transitional period around menopause. For De Overgangscoach, we crafted a warm, approachable brand identity. At the center is the image of feathers in various strong, autumnal colours. The feathers symbolize letting go and resilience. During molting, a bird sheds its feathers layer by layer, preparing for a new phase and new feathers.

ik verduurzaam

IK verduurzaam offers coaching to people with stress, burnout, and bore-out related issues. The website is designed to meet the communication needs of people who may sometimes feel overstimulated: calmness became a key principle. The colors are subdued yet warm. The visuals are created by laying down collages of paper, painted strips to form imaginary, soothing landscapes.

fardau

Fardau is a psychotherapy practice in Amsterdam. MIN-studio developed the branding, designed the bilingual website, and wrote the texts. The concept for the site compares psychotherapy to a landscape. When viewed from above, a landscape provides a different perspective and reveals new connections. Water, wind, and changing temperatures have left scars. By taking a step back, trails and paths become visible, which have deepened over time. Everything is interconnected. The elements are constantly in motion and transition.

badge cafe

Badge Cafe from London participates in various cultural events with a “Badge Making Station.” Around a large table, attendees can sit down and tear images and texts from an abundance of books and magazines to create mini-collages encapsulated in buttons. The initiator wanted a website that would do justice to the chaotic, creative process of badge-making. It is a scrollable site where the badges appear in 3-D, as if they were lying on a table. The backgrounds are changing enlargements of magazine pages. The website reflects the physical cafe experience online, making the brand instantly recognizable and engaging.

fysio goudenregen

This collective of physical therapists wanted us to restyle their website. The original logo is an illustration of a leaf in fall colors. This was the inspiration for the updated logo and website. We translated the colour gradient into a visual composition of overlapping, semi-transparent graphic shapes. By placing the text in white, floating frames on top, we achieved a modern, clean effect that gives the website a fresh and contemporary appearance.

We created a professional and approachable visual identity for Fysio Goudenregen, including logo and printed materials. The website complements this with a clean, accessible design, intuitive navigation, and clear calls to action, enhancing patient engagement and brand credibility.

maik ter veer

Maik ter Veer is a versatile creative talent. He was the initiator and artistic director of the Robodock Festival and later developed his practice as an autonomous artist. Today, he designs large-scale sculptures, often made of metal and sometimes incorporating references to astrology. MIN-studio created a visual identity and website design. The “M” of Maik became a constructed form in which core values such as architecture, rust, fire, and the universe converge.

vera blok

Paintings conservator Vera Blok wanted a modest web presence. She chose to have only three black and white images in the whole site. We created an analogue background image for her visual identity and website. Using triangles of colored paper, we composed a design that was then scanned and applied as a digital image. The visual identity includes business cards, letterhead, and a report template. The website serves as an elegant gallery, showcasing her work while remaining minimal.

archisto

Archisto offers architectural and historic research and advice. We developed a pilot for a series of coffee table books and produced it as a refined hardcover edition. The book tells the story of a building with a rich history. Our brief was to create a contemporary – even edgy- appearance, despite the abundance of historical photographs.

For the new corporate identity we chose a couple classical blue tones. By colouring the images all into the same color hues, an effect of coherence was added. We developed a cohesive brand system for Archisto, including typography, color palette, business materials and an accompanying WordPress site.

psychotherapie praktijk tielen

We designed a simple, nature-inspired website for psychotherapiepraktijk Tielen. The website features calming imagery, an abstract representation of nature in the form of shadows of trees and plants, intuitive navigation, and responsive design. This creates a serene experience for visitors exploring therapy options.

josefien & co

The expertise of Josefien Tegelaar lies in the research and conservation of historic buildings. Our design references a blueprint drawing – the traditional visual language of architecture. Instead of a single, clear line drawing, multiple layered impressions are visible, inspired by the changes a building and its architectural drawings undergo over time.

We created a visual based on a blueprint, the traditional imagery of architecture. To present a large number of projects she worked on and still have a minimal looking website, we used a photo strip with black and white images that come alive once hovered over.  The visual identity includes business cards, letterhead, and address stickers.
